DESCRIPTION:Stewardship Volunteers – Shovel Party at Marks Ranch\nWhere: Marks Ranch\nDate: Monday\, July 11\nTime: 5:30PM – 7:30PM \nLast year\, the River Fire weakened the soil on the ridges above Marks Ranch. Earlier this year\, the rains carried sediment from those ridges down to the main road. We need your help clearing the culverts to prevent road erosion near the hacienda. \nPlease join us for this land stewardship project! Expect to work hard and get dirty for a couple of hours shoveling sediment out of a culvert. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Gloves and eye protection will be available to you.
