Big Sur Land Trust Donor Survey
Because you are a vital part of Big Sur Land Trust’s community, we want to get to know you more, serve you better, and strengthen our relationship with you.
Will you help us by completing our five-minute survey? Please respond by July 10.
Update: Mitteldorf Salvage Project
As planned, we’ve salvaged a few fallen coast redwood and tanoak logs at Mitteldorf Preserve. Slabs are seasoning now and will be auctioned off in late 2020 to provide funding for continued fire recovery, forest management, youth programs, and infrastructure needs.
Want to receive updates on the project and learn more about how to participate in the auction? Sign up here!
Reminder: Songbird Preserve is Closed
As a reminder, Songbird Preserve has been closed for several weeks due to overuse and social distancing concerns.
Unfortunately, due to continued disregard for the closure, citations for trespassing may now be issued. Please be responsible and stay safe!

A Gift for Planning Ahead
The coronavirus has reminded us that we can’t take the quality of our lives or our access to open spaces for granted. To thank you for conserving and caring for the lands you love throughout Monterey County, we want to share a free resource that can help you protect what you care about.
Because we’ve seen increased interest in estate planning, we are offering FreeWill to make an often-complex task easier and provide you with more peace of mind. Using this valuable tool, you can easily write a will and protect your loved ones as well as the causes that matter most to you.
