Important Updates from Our Team + Carr Lake Naming Survey + Mountain Lion Video, and More

As Thankuary winds down at the end of this month, we’re still focusing on our tremendous gratitude for everyone who supports Big Sur Land Trust! If you missed our virtual “You Make It Possible” event, the recording is now available. You will see highlights from our conservation, stewardship, volunteer, and youth outdoor programs along with what’s in store for 2024.

We also want to thank everyone who donated through the recent Monterey County Gives! campaign – and all of you who gave throughout 2023. It is exciting to know that our work protecting wild lands and wildlife resonates with so many of you. To celebrate, we’re sharing this amazing video of mountain lion activity at Mitteldorf Preserve, proof that wild animals thrive on conserved lands.

You make a difference, and we cannot do this work without you! We’re looking forward to more good news as we continue conserving and caring for the lands we all love throughout Monterey County.

With sincere thanks,
Your friends at Big Sur Land Trust
