Join Big Sur Land Trust’s virtual book club!

For our second book, we’ve chosen The Honey Bus, by Meredith May. Set in Monterey County, the story takes place during a pivotal time in May’s childhood when she suddenly found herself in the care of her grandfather, an eccentric beekeeper who made honey in a rusty old military bus in his yard. Throughout the years, she learned to take care of herself, forged an unbreakable bond with her grandfather and opened up to the wonder and wisdom of nature.

We are honored that Meredith May, author of The Honey Bus, will be joining us for our upcoming virtual book club event on July 23 from 4:00 – 6:00pm (PT)! 

We’re partnering with Pilgrim’s Way, an independent community bookstore in Carmel. Simply call them at 831-624-4955 and they will have the book drop-shipped to you.
