Give today through December 31
We are grateful to be part of Monterey County Gives! One key to sustaining community health is that people of all ages, no matter where they live, are able to access the unique peace of mind provided by spending time in nature.
During the pandemic, we learned once again how vital it is for everyone’s health to get outside in open spaces surrounded by natural beauty.
Throughout the shutdown and beyond, we have been able to keep our trails open so thousands of people could find solace hiking at Big Sur Land Trust properties. Many more have visited places that the Land Trust helped conserve, then transferred for public access – like Palo Corona and Garland Ranch Regional Parks, San Carlos Beach, or Toro County Park.
Yet, a significant number of Monterey County residents still face barriers to accessing the beautiful, awe-inspiring lands of our region.
Please give today so that even in challenging times, everyone can experience the peace of mind that nature offers no matter where they live.
