Martin Dunes in Marina

Although the invasive iceplant has almost been completely eradicated from Martin Dunes in Marina, we must keep it in check. Endangered endemic species like the legless lizard and the Smith’s blue butterfly depend on it.

We invite you to join us Saturday September 25th in a land stewardship volunteer event to continue our work of nurturing the native dune ecosystem at Martin Dunes. We’ll also pick up trash along the way. We need 8 to 10 volunteers, so sign up today!
