Stewardship Volunteer Event – Iceplant Pull

Despite our efforts last month, the sensitive dune habitat at Martin Dunes still demands our attention. Although the invasive iceplant has been eradicated almost completely from from this part of the dune system, we must keep it in check. Endangered endemic species like the legless lizard and the Smith’s blue butterfly depend on it.

Please join us Saturday, February 19 to pull iceplant with BSLT volunteers and staff. Snacks will be provided. Invite your friends and sign up today!
