Vitamin N[ature]. Get yours now!

This week’s World Mental Health Day reminded us that getting out in nature should be top of mind on our healthy to-do list. Whether you start your day with a stroll around your neighborhood and listen to the birds waking up the world, or you’re out on a beach at sunset, the proven benefits of that check-in with the natural world are immense.

Are you feeling like a “human doing” instead of “human being”? Getting outdoors can help you feel calmer. Vitamin N is a really healthy choice, and our event line-up is chock-full of just the right dosage! Check out all the terrific opportunities here.
