Ready? Set! Log some miles! We’ve reached over 1,000 of our 10,000-mile goal! Now through April 25, run or hike your favorite local trails wherever you live or choose one of Big Sur Land Trust’s trails at Glen Deven Ranch in Big Sur or Mitteldorf Preserve in Carmel Valley.

Volunteers Still Needed
Saturday, April 24
Do you enjoy long hikes and spending time outdoors away from it all? Big Sur Land Trust is seeking volunteers to help monitor two special Adventure Trail courses in Carmel to support the seasoned trail runners who are going the extra distance for Big Sur Land Trust. Volunteers are needed for morning and afternoon shifts.
Current Race for Open Space Leader Board
We now have over 400 runners and hikers signed up! The top three participants for the week are:
1. Mark Beering – 162.38 miles
2. Joey Niolet – 77.26 miles
3. Stefanie Dressel – 61.79 miles
